Everyone is looking for the fastest way to burn fat and keep it off.  There are so many fat loss and diet programs out there today that teach you how to lose weight, but how do you know which ones actually work? Out of the programs that work, which one will help you to burn fat quickly?

As you sit there and study every word on this page, you think back to how you have gained more weight back then you had lost after trying one of the many diet plans out there.  The more you read every page on this site, the more you become amazed at how much of the truth was being kept from you. How about losing fat naturally so you won’t waste money on expensive and unhealthy diet pills or formulas that only last temporarily (if they work at all)?  A good diet plan is not a temporary fix; it is a permanent solution that you can stick to.  Weight loss is a broad term.  Just because the scale goes down does not mean your body fat went down too.  Don’t be fooled!

Fitness experts and Doctors agree that any diet plan that restricts too much of one primary food group will result in muscle tissue and protein loss which slows down your metabolism, and could ultimately lead to serious health issues.  You will also gain your weight back once you replenish your body with the lost nutrients due to the fact that losing the nutrients is what caused the excessive weight loss in the first place.  On most plans, the actual weight loss from burning fat is minimal.

Also, you can’t lose body fat permanently from any “diet”. The word “diet” describes the way that you eat, and ignores the fact that you must include fat burning exercises along with your “diet plan” for fat loss to occur.

3.  Have a fat burning workout routine. An eating plan is only one half of an effective fat loss program.  You must include fat burning exercises if you expect to lose body fat weight permanently and in a healthy natural way.  If the fat loss program is only about fat burning nutrition, then you must purchase a fat burning exercise program to complement the nutrition plan so that you can burn fat quickly.

Most fat loss (not weight loss) programs are very good at helping you burn fat fast.  Rapid fat loss occurs naturally when you combine the right eating plan and exercise routines (because this increases your metabolism).  You should have no problem with learning the fastest way to lose fat if the program focuses on both healthy eating and exercise.

My Favorite Fat Loss Program

There are many fat loss programs online that are actually very good, but my personal favorite is Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.  I know all about all the other programs out there too. Not only do I know about them, but I have bought the programs, read the material, watched the videos, and have tried all their recommendations.

One thing I have found within the past 8 years is the increase of fitness experts who have been selling fat loss information products online. There has been a huge increase in ebooks and videos related to fat loss – some are excellent and some are junk. Some are very long and full of details, some include ebooks, video examples, and plenty of explanations, and some are short and sweet. One thing is for sure when it comes to the internet – pretty websites with the right amount of copywriting skills will sell products fast, even if its complete junk. Pretty much anyone can sell information products online with the right amount of convincing.

So how do you know which ones are good or not?  You ask someone who has purchased and used the programs.

With all that said, there is one fat loss program that separates itself from the rest, that program is Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.

Tom’s program is my all time favorite. I first purchased and read his ebook back in 2003 and no one has ever come close to writing anything better.  This book is truly the Fat Loss encyclopedia…but that can be a problem for some. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is long and full of detail, so if you want something more short and to the point I suggest The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary (this book is about total fat loss all over the body, not just the abdominals) as an alternative.

Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle really helped me get a complete understanding about fat loss and nutrition.  No one gets into more detail about the fat loss process like Tom.  To sum the book up, it’s a complete guide on how to naturally increase your metabolism to burn fat.

The great thing about Tom is that not only is he a fat loss expert, but I like the fact that he gives away so much free fat loss information on his website.  He really seems like he genuinely wants to help people, not just make a sale.

As of 2011 there are two programs that I feel are more beneficial to women than anything else out there.  One program is focused on fat burning nutrition, and the other focuses on fat burning exercises.  Together, these two programs will have you burning fat fast.

Even though an emphasis is placed on a particular body part each day, the type of workouts included will have you working your total body.  In other words, all muscle groups are working simultaneously regardless of which body part is targeted.  With these types of multi joint (compound) movements, your body will be burn more calories in a shorter period of time.  Your resting metabolic rate will also increase, meaning you will burn more fat calories. Say good bye to those love handles and flapping underarm wings.

Flavia gives you a gym and a home workout version for each video as well as a print out guide complete with pictures of each exercise.  The great thing about the videos is that you don’t have to wait for them to be shipped to you because they are online videos that you can access immediately after purchasing them.
