Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Review

Burn the
Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto is
my all time favorite fat loss ebook. I first purchased and read
this book back in 2003 and no one has ever come close to
writing anything better. This book is truly the Fat
Loss encyclopedia…but that’s the problem. Burn the Fat
Feed the Muscle is way too long and too full of detail for me
to suggest it to the average person who wants to burn fat
quickly. In other words, it will take you awhile to read
and understand the contents before you can even get started on
implementing the plan.
T
om Venuto's
Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is a must read for a complete
understanding about fat loss and nutrition, but the book is
more of a reference book than anything else (because of the
amount of detail). No one gets into more detail about the fat
loss process like Tom Venuto. To sum the book up, it's a
complete guide on how to naturally increase your metabolism to
burn fat.
The actual Burn the
Fat Feed the Muscle program itself centers on carbohydrate
recycling; that is, you have low carb days then you go back
to your normal carb days before your body has a chance to go
into starvation mode. That’s clever, but not necessary
for the long term. Carbohydrate recycling is excellent
for a short term natural way of burning fat fast. But
honestly, who wants to keep track of their which days are
their low carb days and normal carb days?
If you need to burn
fat fast and fit into a new outfit for something that is
coming up then I highly recommend Tom’s way of carbohydrate
recycling (he teaches a better way than most people).
On the other hand, if you want something more long term and
you want to get started right away I don’t recommend this
book.
However, I do
recommend that you purchase this book eventually for
referencing.
That said, if you’re
ready now to learn everything there is to know about
fat loss, then Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is the
book to read.
