which one will help you to burn fat
quickly?
As You sit there and
study every word on this page, you think back to how you
have gained more weight back then you had lost after trying
one of the many diet plans out there. The more you
read every page on this site, the more you become amazed at
how much of the truth was being kept from you. I know your
thinking about how you had lost time and money switching
form one weight loss plan to another looking for the perfect
plan that will help you to lose body fat fast and
permanently.
Every time you find
a new diet plan, you think you have discovered the best plan
on earth to burn fat quickly because you started to see
noticeable results in a short period of time. That increased
your self esteem and reassured you that the diet
worked...but if the diet worked you wouldn't be reading this
page.
Yes diets and weight
loss programs work - just not in the way you want them to.
Let me let you in on a little secret: These diets work
for losing muscle tissue and water, but they don't work for
losing body fat. Of course they don't tell you that,
instead, the creators of quick fix diets and weight loss
programs trick you into thinking that because you lost
weight, your losing fat. They Make you think that when
you "Lose 10 pounds or more in one week", that you have lost
10 pounds of fat - This is simply not
true!
Do you want to lose
muscle tissue or fat, and do you want to lose fat
permanently? How about losing fat naturally so you won't
waste money on expensive and unhealthy diet pills or
formulas that only last temporarily (if they work at all)?
A good diet plan is not a temporary fix; it is a
permanent solution that you can stick to. Weight loss
is a broad term. Just because the scale goes down does
not mean your body fat went down too. Don't be
fooled!
There is one very
important change that you must make starting

If you really want
to lose body fat, then stop using the term "weight loss",
instead say "fat loss or fat burning".
Your Diet Plan Could
Create More Health Problems For You If You Don't Know The
WHOLE Truth...
Fitness experts and
Doctors agree that any diet plan that restricts too much of
one primary food group will result in muscle tissue and
protein loss which slows down your metabolism, and could
ultimately lead to serious health issues. You will
also gain your weight back once you replenish your body with
the lost nutrients due to the fact that losing the nutrients
is what caused the excessive weight loss in the first place.
On most plans, the actual weight loss from burning fat
is minimal.
Also, you can't
lose body fat permanently from any "diet". The word "diet"
describes the way that you eat, and ignores the fact that
you must include fat burning exercises along
with your "diet plan" for fat loss to
occur.

Don't buy any fat loss program that doesn't teach you the
following six lessons:
1.
Explain to you
the difference between losing fat weight vs. losing muscle
weight. If your fat loss program does not explain
to you the process your body has to go through in order to
burn fat, then more than likely your the plain is more
focused on you losing muscle tissue, water, and protein.
They don't tell you this, instead they food you by saying
how much "weight" or "pounds" you will lose in a short time
frame. Think about where the weight is coming
from.
(hint: Most fat loss
programs that work will advertise themselves as fat loss
programs. In other words, they will not use the term
"weight loss" they will focus on words such as "fat loss"
and "fat burning".)
2.
Have an
eating plan that is flexible and can be customized to fit
your health needs. No two people are alike.
Your eating plan should take your current health and
fitness level into consideration. If the fat loss
program's eating plan can not be customized, then move on.
Also, if the program is only about fat burning
exercises, then that program isn't right for you either.
You absolutely must learn about fat burning nutrition
along with working out.
3. Have a fat
burning workout routine. An eating plan is
only one half of an effective fat loss program. You
must include fat burning exercises if you expect to
lose body fat weight permanently and in a healthy natural
way. If the fat loss program is only about fat burning
nutrition, then that is not a program, it is a diet. You
don't want a diet you want a complete fat burning program
that will help you to burn fat
quickly.
4. Explain to
you the importance of having Carbs, Protein, Fiber, Etc. in
your diet. The best fat loss
programs go in depth in explaining to you the functions
of each of these vital nutrients and how they work together
to burn fat quickly in your body. An effective fat
burning plan will never trick you into believing that one
nutrient is better than the other. The fact is, your
body needs all the nutrients to perform certain
functions. If you have too much of one and not enough
of the other, then your body will not function properly
which damages your health and your potential to burn
fat.
5. Explain to you
how you will be able to keep the body fat off permanently
and continue to burn fat. What is the point of
losing fat if it's only for a short period of time?
You need to know how to continue to burn fat
repeatedly. The key to permanent fat loss is by
increasing your metabolism. This is also the quickest
way to burn fat. Any fat loss program that is serious
about permanent fat loss will explain to you about how to
lose fat without destroying your metabolism.
6. Explain to you
how you can burn fat fast. Most fat loss (not
weight loss) programs are very good at helping you burn fat
fast. Rapid fat loss occurs naturally when you combine
the right eating plan and exercise routines (because this
increases your metabolism). You should have no problem
with learning the fastest way to lose fat if the program
focuses on both diet and exercise.

loss programs online that are actually very good, but my

and Fitness…I could go on and on.
Not only do I know

One thing I have found
within the past 5 years is the increase of fitness experts
who have been selling fat loss information products
online.
There has been a huge increase
in ebooks related to fat loss – some are excellent (like The
Truth About Six Pack Abs), and some are junk, (like Eat Stop
Eat).
Some are very long and full of
details, reminding you of an encyclopedia (like Burn the
Fat, Feed the Muscle), and some are short and sweet (like
Turbulence Training).
One thing is for sure when it
comes to the internet - pretty websites with the right
amount of copywriting skills will sell products fast, even
if its complete junk.
Pretty much anyone can sell
information products online with the right amount of
convincing.
So how do you know which ones are good or
not?
You ask someone who has
purchased and used the programs.
With all that said, there is one fat loss
program that is completely different than the rest, that

includes an ebook with video instruction given by
Vince.
All of the other Bonuses that
Vince gives you includes video instruction
too.
If you do not want to watch the videos and
just want a quick review on how to properly do an certain
exercise, Vince has even included a Fat Loss Virtual trainer
where all you do is click on the muscle group you want to
work and a list of the different types of exercises for that
muscle will pop up.
Then you just click on the
exercise and a little man will show you the proper way to do
the exercise.
Your Six Pack Quest also includes meal
plans that are listed according to your daily calorie
intake.
There is more that is in the
program, but the list of features are too many to
list.
Overall I am impressed on how much time
was spent on creating a complete fat loss system instead of
just a simple little ebook.
Vince Delmonte offers a lot
for such a small price.
To be honest with you, when I first read
the website before ordering the program I thought that I
would be overwhelmed with information.
I am very knowledgeable about
health and fitness, but how could I possibly recommend so
much information to a beginner?
I didn’t want anyone to get information
overload, but after purchasing the program reading through
the ebook and the bonus ebooks, watching the videos,
etc.
I now see how everything comes
together.
You will not get confused and
I see why Vince had added all of the free bonus
material.
I know you are very familiar with all of
the weight loss infomercial's on TV whether it’s the latest

2003.
Never in my life had I ever
read a fat loss book that could even compare to the amount
of detailed true information found in this
ebook.
That includes all of the books
I used to read at Borders Books store.
That ebook is only words on a page, no
pictures no videos, but words that to this day is an
excellent reference book on fat loss.
That said, there is a lot of
scientific information found in that ebook that the average
person is not interested in knowing. Most people want to
burn fat fast and naturally not spend time reading the
technical reasons for things.
Tell me what to do, why I need
to do it, and show me how to do it
right.

Quest is a complete fat loss program for the
whole body, and it does an excellent job of covering
all of the above six lessons. I challenge you to find
a better fat loss program.
