How to Burn Fat
Fast With Interval Training and Why It's Taking
the Place of Regular Slow Boring Cardio...
Intervals are
an anaerobic exercise that is an excellent alternative to
regular cardio workouts and it is how to burn fat
fast. Interval training is a
form of cardio exercise where you workout at a normal steady
pace for a few minutes then you increase your intensity for a
minute or so, then go back to the steady normal pace.
Each time you increase your intensity and then go back to the
steady pace that is called an interval. Interval training
is an advanced way of doing cardio, and it is also the most
effective and quickest way to burn fat.
Interval
training workouts will cause your muscles to work
harder, and your body will have to repair the trauma that the
increased activity has caused the muscles. This repairing
process causes your resting metabolism to increase.
Therefore, you end up burning a lot more calories
during this increase in metabolism compared to the calories
burned during your aerobic workout.
Burning a
high percentage of fat during your 30-60 minute workout doesn’t
compare to burning a high percentage of fat hours after your
workout has ended. One of the most effective
interval training workouts that have burned the most percentage
of fat for me after my workout is Turbulence
Training. Turbulence Training
is known as one of the quickest ways to burn fat.
If you find
it hard to believe the above statements then think about the
differences between the bodies of marathon runners versus
sprinters. Most sprinters have a very lean, muscular, and
powerful looking body, while the typical marathon runner is
more often very skinny and hungry looking.
Which would
you rather resemble?
Interval training alone is not enough to get a lean body; you
also have to incorporate weight
training if you really want to know the complete way
of how to burn fat fast.
