The Truth About Six Pack Abs Review

The
Truth
about Six Pack Abs is an excellent approach to losing
abdominal fat and very different than most ab workout programs.
For one thing, the main focus is not on abdominal
exercises, because ab specific workouts are not the fastest and
easiest way to lose belly fat. Most people are unaware of
that and have a hard time excepting that.
Yes you
will learn about all of the best ab exercises that will help
you lose abdominal fat, but Mike Geary also teaches exercises
that help you to lose belly fat faster than ab exercises.
In The Truth About Six Pack Abs, Mike teaches you about
interval training, multi-Joint weight training, how to boost
your metabolism, meal frequency, healthy eating, etc... and he
goes into great detail about everything too.
I was
very surprised of the amount of myths that were cleared up when
I read The Truth About Six Pack Abs ebook because I just bought
it to compare it to David Grisaffi's "Firm and Flatten Your
Abs" (waste of money), but this book is far superior. I
was surprised because of how Mike didn't focus just on abs, but
on fat burning in general. The exercises that you learn
in The Truth About Six Pack Abs program will not only burn off
abdominal fat, but you will burn fat in other areas
too.
Mike had
taught me the truth about how the soy milk (which I thought was
healthy) I was drinking was actually helping me to store
abdominal fat, and how doing push-ups and squats burn abdominal
fat faster than crunches. I learned things that I had never
knew before, and no one else was teaching it. I started
seeing results after about two weeks of following this program.
As a matter of fact I sometimes combine the workouts in The
Truth About Six Pack Abs with Craig Ballentyne’s Turbulence
Training to get more variety. The combination of the two
programs are great because they both teach you the best weight
training and interval training exercises that burn body fat
faster than anything else.
Even
though Mike combines interval training into his program, he
focuses more on multi joint weight lifting than anything
else.
If you
rather focus on cardio more than weight lifting, then you are
better off with Turbulence
Training.
