Turbulence Training Review

This is
the best alternative to cardio that I have ever done.
Turbulence Training is basically Craig Ballantyne's spin
on interval training and weight lifting supersets. Craig
teaches how to incorporate interval training with weight
training to burn body fat fast.
Turbulence Training
focuses on non competing supersets, ab workouts, and interval
training for a complete workout done three times a week.
Turbulence Training and The Truth About Six
Pack Abs are very similar when it comes to the workouts,
but Turbulence Training focuses on longer intervals.
Craig
talks a little bit about nutrition and proper eating habits,
but his main focus is on fat burning intervals along with
weight training. If you are a cardio type of person I
highly recommend Turbulence Training. If you favor weight
training over cardio then I recommend The Truth About Six Pack
Abs. Although both programs include cardio in the form of
interval training, Turbulence Training focuses more on
intervals as the main fat burning technique.
The
other difference between Turbulence Training and The Truth
About Six Pack Abs is that Craig is brief about fat burning
nutrition. He only really gives you the basics, and not
much that you haven’t heard before. My other complaint is
that I hate cardio with a passion.
Yes
intervals are not boring like traditional cardio, but it is
still a form of cardio even if he only recommends 20 min. of
it. That is why I personally prefer The Truth About Six
Pack Abs along with the fact that the longest interval workout
in that program is only 8 minutes with the rest of the time
focused on multi-joint weight training. So really it’s
just a matter of personal preference. Turbulance Training
is great for men and women, and it has information that cater
to each gender.
