Delmonte's Your Six Pack Quest (also known as
6 pack in 6 months, six pack in six months, and no nonsense 6
pack) is an excellent abdominal fat loss and toning program
that will get you burning fat and defining not only your abs,
but all the muscles of your body. I say this because just like
Mike Geary of The Truth about Abs, and Craig Ballyntine of
Turbulence Training, Vince focuses on compound exercises (some
call them ab stabilizing or multi –joint exercises) like
deadlifts, squats, pushups, etc that burn abdominal fat quicker
than doing cardio and crunches. I know your thinking how can
leg and arm exercises burn ab fat quicker than cardio and
crunches, but believe me it works.
I’ll let Vince
explain to you the scientific reason for this, but think of
it like this,
When you perform
pushups deadlifts and squats, your abdominal muscles have to
contract to stabilize your body so that you can balance
yourself enough to do these exercises. Also you are working
several large muscles at the same time which causes you to
burn more calories overall in a shorter period of time. Keep
in mind that I am only using these three exercises as an
example (there are many others) because they are my
favorite. You also have to understand that there is a
certain order, tempo, and rep range that certain exercises
should be performed along with a certain way of doing
cardio.
Anyway, Your Six
Pack Quest is different than most of the other fat loss
programs out there because Vince's program consists of
ebooks, videos, a virtual exercise trainer, meal plans
to fit your caloric needs, as well as workout programs
that are tailored to your fitness
level.

It all started with
Tom Venutos Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle which I first
purchased back in 2003. Never in my life had I ever read a
fat loss book that could even compare to the amount of
detailed true information found in this ebook. That includes
all of the books I use to read at Borders Books and Barnes
&Nobles store.
The problem is that
the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle ebook is only words on a
page, no pictures, no videos, just words. To this day I
still believe that it is an excellent reference book on fat
loss, but there is a lot of scientific information found in
that ebook that the average person is not interested in
knowing.
Most people want to
burn fat fast and naturally not spend time reading the
technical reasons for things. Tell me what to do, why I
need to do it, and show me how to do it
right.
Just to let you
know, the main point of the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle
program is carbohydrate recycling.

About Six Pack Abs
The Truth about Six
Pack Abs is an excellent program, not just in theory, but it
actually works for me. The biggest problem I have
with Mike Geary is proof. How can I possibly
recommend a belly fat loss and abdominal training program to
people when the program creator doesn’t even show his own
abs.
No where on his
website or ebook will you see Mike Geary with his shirt
off. This makes
me wonder what is really up under his shirt. I believe that Mike has
great abs because he created an excellent program and gives
beneficial advice in his articles, but most people need
proof.
The only reason why
I even purchased his program was to review it to see if it
is worth my recommendation, but people have a hard time
believing me because Mike lacks proof.
Vince Delmonte’s Your Six Pack Quest Vs. Craig Ballantyne’s
Turbulence Training
Turbulence
Training is a very good alternative to regular
cardio.
Turbulence
Training is basically Craig Ballantyne's spin on
interval training and weight lifting supersets. Craig teaches
how to incorporate interval training with weight training to
burn belly fat fast.
Turbulence
Training focuses on non competing supersets, ab workouts, and
interval training for a complete workout done three times a
week. Turbulence Training and The Truth About Six Pack
Abs are very similar when it comes to the workouts, but
Turbulence Training focuses on longer
intervals.
My
biggest complaint with Turbulence Training is that Craig only
gives you the basics when it comes to nutrition and proper
eating habits; therefore, most people won’t learn anything that
they have not heard before.
There
is a huge emphasis on cardio, so if you are more into weight
lifting, you will not like this program. If you like cardio and
need something new, then you will love this program, except
I do not believe that this program gives you the nutritional
info that you need to know if you want to learn the fastest
way to lose belly fat.
Your
Six Pack Quest covers cardio in a way that is new to most
people and to me it’s more effective than turbulence
training at losing stubborn belly fat. Also, Vince Delmonte
is more complete in his explanation of proper nutrition than
Craig is.

Secret
There is no
comparison. Top
Secret Fat Loss Secret is a complete waste of money and not
worth spending your hard earned money on. I only purchased this
ebook to review it, and honestly, I should have asked for a
refund. The
nutrition information is good, but nothing
new. The
program does not focus attention on any form of
exercise.
Top Secret Fat Loss
Secret is all about colon
cleansing. Cleansing your colon is the so called
“secret”. All the other information in this book can be
found in other fat loss programs, and the importance of
exercise is only mentioned once in the ebook. All of
the colon cleansing information can be found for free at
websites that are selling colon cleansing products. I really
feel like this program is all about selling an ebook to make
some quick cash instead of really helping people lose body
fat and get a flat stomach.
Just so
you know, you can lose belly fat without exercise, but your
belly will sag and look like a woman who just had a baby (even
if you are a man). If you are not familiar with that look –
it’s not pretty. Just picture sagging skin with no abdominal
muscles in sight. You want to lose belly fat and get toned abs
right? Then don’t waste your time with Top Secret Fat Loss
Secret.
